Beyoncé fans, get ready! The iconic singer has officially revealed the title of her highly anticipated new album.
Titled “Act II: Cowboy Carter,” the album is set to be released on March 29th. Beyoncé made the exciting announcement on her official website, where fans can also find details on how to pre-order limited edition CD, vinyl, and box set editions of the album.
The announcement follows Beyoncé’s revelation of the album’s existence during her appearance at the Super Bowl in February. In a Verizon advert, she left fans eagerly anticipating the release with the statement, “They ready, drop the new music.”
Since then, Beyoncé has treated fans to two singles 
from the upcoming album: “Texas Hold ‘Em” and “16 Carriages.” “Texas Hold ‘Em” made history by topping Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart in February, making Beyoncé the first black woman to achieve this milestone. Additionally, the song debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, marking Beyoncé’s ninth solo chart-topper and her first since “Break My Soul.”
