South African music sensation Tyla, propelled to global stardom by her chart-topping single ‘Water’, is gearing up to release her highly anticipated debut album.
Scheduled for release on Friday, March 22, 2024, the self-titled album will feature an impressive lineup of guest artists. Tyla took to Instagram to unveil the tracklist, revealing collaborations with Grammy-winning Nigerian R&B artist Tems, American hip-hop sensation Gunna, and Jamaican rising star Skillbeng.
Notably, Grammy-nominated rapper Travis Scott will also make an appearance on the album, following his feature on the remix of Tyla’s breakout hit ‘Water’, which reached No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Tyla’s debut album comes on the heels of her remarkable success in 2023, where ‘Water’ went viral and earned her a Grammy award for Best African Song Performance at the 66th Grammys. Her subsequent release, ‘Truth or Dare’, is also slated to be included in the album.
Fans are eagerly anticipating Tyla’s debut album, hoping it will solidify her status as an international pop sensation.
