German luxury fashion house MCM has introduced its inaugural Ramadan capsule collection in partnership with Dubai-based creative consultant, Hanan Houachmi. The collaboration aims to reimagine modest dressing for the holy month of Ramadan, blending MCM’s signature style with contemporary designs.

Crafted from lightweight fabric adorned with MCM’s Lauretos monogram print, the collection features a range of pieces including shirt dresses, hooded kaftan dresses, and wide-leg trousers. These garments are complemented by MCM’s iconic diamond buckle belt, Lauretos silk scarves, and the Himmel shoulder bag embellished with Swarovski crystals.

The Ramadan collection is a result of collaboration between , MCM’s creative director Katie Chung, and Sabine Brunner, the global and brand officer at MCM Global AG.  collective goal was to honor the traditions of Ramadan while exploring innovative design concepts.

Expressing her gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to the collection, Houachmi emphasized the importance of representing modest Arab women in the fashion industry.

To showcase the collection, MCM enlisted influencer Leena Al Ghouti for a campaign photographed by Francesco Scotti. The collection is now available for purchase on MCM’s website and in select stores worldwide, including flagship locations in London and Dubai, as well as in Kuwait, Germany, Korea, Malaysia, and Singapore.
